Questions about the price.
Is the ad budget included?+
No — and that's deliberate. Ad budgets are separate and always paid by you, directly to Google or Meta. We never touch your ad money. The package price is purely our management fee.
Is there a contract?+
Launch and Growth run on a 3-month minimum; Scale runs on a 6-month minimum, given the scope. Every package runs on 90-day targets we agree upfront — no long contracts hiding bad work.
How do I pay?+
Setup fees are 50% upfront, the balance on delivery. Retainers are billed on the 1st of each month via M-Pesa, due within 7 days. You get a proper invoice with VAT shown separately.
Which package is right for me?+
