Paid ads aren't instant — platforms need data to optimise. Expect the first 3–4 weeks to be a learning phase, where we're testing creatives and audiences. Meaningful, scalable results typically emerge by week 6–8. Anyone promising results in week one is selling you something.

For meaningful results in the Kenyan market, we recommend a minimum of KES 30,000/month in ad spend for Meta, and KES 20,000+ for Google. Below this, the data collected is too thin to optimise effectively — and you'll be disappointed with the results.
