Do we need to be involved in shoots? +

For product and brand shoots, your team will need to be available to review setup and direct any brand-specific details. For lifestyle and editorial content, we often work with models or lifestyle talent so your team's involvement is minimal. We'll discuss what's needed during briefing.

What if we already have brand guidelines? +

Even better — we work within your existing brand guidelines. We'll align all content to your visual standards and voice from day one. If your guidelines are incomplete or outdated, we can also help refresh them as part of the engagement.

Do you handle content for ads as well as organic? +

Yes — and the two are different. Ad creative needs to be optimised for performance (clear offer, fast hook, strong CTA), while organic content builds brand and community. We produce both, and we know the difference between what works in a feed ad versus an Instagram story.

How many pieces of content can you produce in a month? +

It depends on the formats. A typical monthly retainer includes 12–20 social posts, 2–4 short-form videos, and 2 long-form content pieces. For larger productions (brand films, campaign shoots), we scope project-by-project.

Can you write in Swahili or a mix of Swahili and English? +

Yes — Swahili-English (Sheng) content is something we handle regularly, especially for consumer brands targeting Kenyan audiences on TikTok and Instagram. If your audience responds to code-switching, so does your content.
