Do I need to be involved in content creation? +

For the first month, yes — we'll need your brand assets, product photos, and approval on the content direction. After that, your involvement can be as light as a monthly sign-off, or as hands-on as you prefer. Most clients find a quick WhatsApp approval process works well.

What if I don't like a post? +

Every month's content is shared for approval before it goes live. You can request edits to any post before it's published — we'd rather get it right than post something you're unhappy with. We don't publish without your sign-off.

How long until I see results? +

Organic social takes time. In the first 4–6 weeks, we're building the foundation — brand voice, templates, audience calibration. Meaningful engagement and follower growth typically show up in months 2–3. Anyone promising viral results in week one is not being honest with you.

Do you handle boosted posts and paid social? +

We can advise on which posts to boost and set them up for you, but the ad spend goes directly through your own Facebook Business Manager or LinkedIn account. For full paid social campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads), see our Paid Ads service.

What platforms do you manage? +

We manage Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook. We don't recommend managing every platform at once — we'll advise you on which 2–3 platforms your audience actually uses, based on your industry and target customer.
