The Strategy & Consulting engagement is a deeper, more comprehensive process: we go further into your business model, competitive landscape, and build a full 90-day action plan with your team's involvement. Think of the Health Check as the diagnosis and this as the treatment plan.

Does the strategy commitment mean we then have to hire you to execute? +

No. The strategy is yours, regardless of what happens next. We hand it over completely — including all supporting documents and a recorded version of the presentation. Many clients take the strategy in-house. Others ask us to execute it. The decision is entirely yours.

How long does the full strategy engagement take? +

Typically 2–3 weeks from kick-off to final presentation, depending on the complexity of your business and the number of channels we're auditing. We don't rush it — a strategy built on incomplete data is worse than no strategy at all.

Who will we be working with? +

Mbugua Karinga leads every strategy engagement directly. This is not something we delegate to a junior account manager. The diagnosis is where most agencies get it wrong, and it's where we've built our reputation over 7 years.

What do we need to provide for the audit? +

Access to your Google Analytics (or equivalent), your ad accounts, and your social analytics is most useful. We'll work with whatever data you have available — if you don't have access to historical data, we can work with what we can observe publicly.
