Everything.
Nothing extra.
You don't get a junior account manager logging in once a week. You get a dedicated team that treats your budget like it's their own.
Most strategies die in a shared folder. Not because they're bad — but because no one has the time, the skill, or the discipline to actually execute them consistently. We do. We run the plan so you can run your business.
You don't get a junior account manager logging in once a week. You get a dedicated team that treats your budget like it's their own.
Every month begins with a clear scope — exactly what we're delivering, in what format, and by when. No scope creep, no ambiguity about what's included. You always know what you're paying for.
We execute across whichever channels your strategy calls for — social media, paid ads, SEO, email, content, WhatsApp. Our team has the in-house expertise to run all of them without subcontracting anything out.
A brief weekly update — what went live this week, what's in progress, early performance signals, and anything that needs your attention. You stay informed without needing to micromanage.
Nothing runs for 30 days unchecked. Every week we review performance across all active channels — kill what isn't working, scale what is, and adjust budgets accordingly.
End of month: a full performance review against the goals we set at the start. What was delivered, what the numbers say, what we're changing next month, and why.
One point of contact who knows your business, your brand, and your goals. Not a different person every time you call — someone who has context and can make decisions quickly.
No black box — you know exactly what's happening and why at every stage.
We spend the first week getting fully up to speed — your brand, existing assets, access credentials, and the strategy we're executing against. A structured onboarding process means nothing gets missed.
⏱ Week 1We translate the strategy into a specific Month 1 scope — exactly what's happening, in what channels, with what content and budget. You approve the scope before anything goes live.
⏱ Week 1–2Work starts. Content is produced, campaigns are launched, automations are built. The execution team moves fast — but not without your sign-off on the things that matter.
⏱ Week 2 onwardsEvery week: a brief update, a performance review, and any adjustments needed. This is how we maintain quality and momentum without monthly catch-ups that are too infrequent to catch problems early.
⏱ WeeklyEnd of month: performance review, lessons learned, and the scope for next month. The strategy guides direction; the monthly scope determines the specific actions. It evolves as results come in.
⏱ MonthlyEvery quarter, we review whether the strategy is still right — not just whether we're executing it well. Markets change. We adjust the plan accordingly rather than executing a strategy that's drifted out of date.
⏱ QuarterlyYes — this is a common arrangement. We work as an extension of your team, not a replacement for it. Your in-house person handles internal communications, brand approvals, and stakeholder management; we handle specialist execution across channels. It works well when roles are clearly defined.
Reasonable additions within the agreed scope are handled without fuss. Significant scope changes are documented and priced transparently before we action them — we don't quietly absorb extra work and then invoice for it later. You'll always know what you're paying for.
After onboarding, most clients spend 1–2 hours per month on this engagement — reviewing and approving content and the monthly report. We're designed to run independently. The less time you spend managing us, the better we're doing our job.
We can execute against it. We'll review the strategy, flag any concerns with it, and then execute if it's sound. If we think the strategy needs updating, we'll say so honestly — and suggest what to change before we start. We won't execute a strategy we don't believe in.
We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. Meaningful results in digital marketing require consistency over time — a 30-day engagement doesn't give any channel enough time to perform. Three months gives us enough data to optimise and enough runway to deliver something worth reporting.
